Welcome to Generational Journeys
Generational Journeys is an idea that spawned from my own personal excitement that occurred when I began researching my own family tree. In life, we all come to a point for one reason or another where, we feel the need to find ourselves again. Part of finding ourselves includes discovering our family's story and learning about where we come from. Learning what makes us the person we are. Where do our personalities come from. What makes us think the way we do about things or act the way we do towards people. These traits and characteristics come from our ancestors.
Fifteen years ago, I found a new passion in genealogy research. When I was introduced to the Ancestry Family Tree Maker computer software, I didn't sleep for 3 days as I could not stop myself from wanting to know more. Since that time, I've run into a moment of life where I felt the need to find myself. While continuing my own family tree research, something kept pushing me to offer my assistance to others wanting to research and build their family trees. So....I've decided to do just that!
